Returns
Due to the nature of supplements and consumable products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they enter production or fulfillment. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us or our fulfillment partner.
